I just sent the requested documents online and it was then after a very smooth process. She explained me pros and cons of different types of Mortgages. Helped me to smoothly complete the process. Best rates provided compared to other banks and the cashback offer was awesome. In short, it was just like 3 hrs max in all I spent to complete my Mortgage process from start to end of approval. She provided follow-ups at every steps so I am also aware about the process. The approvals was done quick in just 2 days after providing all required documents.
